dotnet-hosting-3.1.3 在windows server 2012R2上安装失败，查看日志看到错误信息：
Failed to install MSI package。
出现这种错误，先看一下电脑上的“计算机（右键）–>属性–>服务和应用程序–>服务”,找到Windows Installer，将该服务手动设置为“启动”状态。
竟然就解决了。。。。
