我网上下载然后导入的一个程序，出现了这几个错误。求助大佬

第一个点上去显示：error: Error retrieving parent for item: No resource found that matches the given name 'Theme.AppCompat.Light.DarkActionBar'.

第二个：error: Error: No resource found that matches the given name: attr 'colorPrimary'.

第三个：error: Error: No resource found that matches the given name: attr 'colorPrimaryDark'.

第四个：error: Error: No resource found that matches the given name: attr 'colorAccent'.

第五个：error: Error retrieving parent for item: No resource found that matches the given name 'Theme.AppCompat.Light.NoActionBar'.

第六个：error: Error: No resource found that matches the given name: attr 'windowNoTitle'.

第七个：error: Error: No resource found that matches the given name: attr 'windowActionBar'.
