loadrunner录制时候出现的问题

见下图：

failed to open the new vuser.check that the tmp directory is not full or write protected
设置loadrunner所在机器的环境变量即可。

将用户的和系统变量都设置一下，确定，保存后，刷新一下电脑，再打开loadrunner，录制正常打开。

如果还不行，就重启一下电脑。
