使用 org-mode 导出时，目录 div 位置错误

环境： Ubuntu 12.04 32bit。带有内置 org-mode 的 Emacs 24。
转载于另一个ubuntu 12.04，具有几乎相同的 emacs 配置（家用笔记本）。 设置为：http://www.mail-archive.com/emacs-orgmode@gnu.org/msg11528.html

目标：在.org中使用\cite{}并导出为html。

Table of content position in exported html is wrong. \cite{Yang2012}

在 html 导出中，table-of-content div 被插入到其他块中，这经常会弄乱显示。有没有人注意到同样的问题？

org 模式允许直接控制目录的位置，如http://orgmode.org/manual/Table-of-contents.html。只需在第一个标题前插入 [TABLE-OF-CONTENTS]。
