看起来不同之处在于 MERGE with TABLOCKX 最初确实使用 IX 锁,而 SELECT ... WITH TABLOCKX 没有。

我在 SQL Server 2019 CU 14 上验证了此分析 lock:acquired 事件,并且使用较小的表能够重现死锁。这是一个极短的窗口,可能会发生这种情况,并且较大的表不允许我的系统上有足够的并发性。

这会创建一个小窗口,其中两个会话可以获取 IX 表锁,但都不能升级为 X 锁。

如果要序列化一段代码,sp_getapplock是最简单的方法。
