OutputPath = ThisWorkbook.Path

因为您是从存储在 XLSTART 文件夹中的 personal.xlsb 运行它，所以它在同一位置创建了 CSV 文件。当 Excel 启动时，它会尝试加载在该位置找到的所有文件。

只需找到您的 XLSTART 文件夹并删除您在其中找到的所有 CSV 文件。
