我发现了这个问题。我可能与我之前安装的几个软件包有某种冲突。我使用 pip 和 pip3 从我的环境中卸载了所有 tensorflow 包，并使用 pip install tensorflow-gpu 安装了 ONLY tensorflow-gpu。

现在运行良好：
