我发现R目录中的Makeconf文件实际上设置了编译所需的所有信息。

要找到它的路径，请在命令行中回显which R。

例如我得到了像： /data/apps/R/3.1.2/bin/R

然后文件在： /data/apps/R/3.1.2/lib64/R/etc/Makeconf
