但每次我尝试获得开发者许可证时，一切都冻结了......

示例 PowerShell：

  1. Show-WindowsDeveloperLicenseRegistration
  2. “接受”对话框
  3. 登录
  4. “获取许可证”对话框（我使用的是德语版本，因此消息可能不同）
  5. 对话框关闭，PowerShell 控制台仍处于冻结状态

同样的事情发生在 Visual Studio 中（后台进程没有响应）。有什么想法吗？
