Package Control安装
打开sublime编辑器，ctrl + ` 打开安装PackageControl界面：
sublime text3：

安装后Package Control之后，关闭sublime text3编辑器再重新打开，就可以安装一些相关的插件

刚出现这个问题，不知什么鬼，去找了度娘，结果网上众说纷纭，按照上面说的并没有解决，然后我就把package Control重新安装了一下，啊哈哈，结果问题解决了
