来几个抽奖的程序

基本步骤

1. 一个绚丽的前端动态展示所有成员的名字或者头像
2. 后端随机抽取，去除已经抽取的名字，记录已经抽中的名单
3. 控制程序：开始/停止/选择本次抽取的人数/重置按钮
