微信小程序 时间格式化处理方法【兼容ios】

ios不能识别日期格式为 2019-11-06 20:00:01 或者  2019.06.21 20:00:01 中的 - 或者 . ，

所以使用new Date("2019-06-21 20:00:01")不能将字符串转换为Date，需要将 -或者. 转换成 / 即可解决问题。
