解决mysqlclient模块安装问题

安装mysql驱动：

pip install mysqlclient

mysqlclient 1.3.10 cp27 cp27m win_amd64.whl
wheel install mysqlclient-1.3.10-cp27-cp27m-win_amd64.whl

选择mysqlclient-1.3.10-cp27-cp27m-win32.whl 使用pip安装

pip install mysqlclient-1.3.10-cp27-cp27m-win32.whl
