5700系列交换机目前暂无reset按键，清空配置的方法如下：
1.系统视图下输入
[S5348TP-SI]undo startup saved-configuration
取消下次启动时已保存的配置启动
2.用户视图下输入
reset saved-configuration
Warning: The action will delete the saved configuration in the device.
The configuration will be erased to reconfigure. Continue? [Y/N]:Y
清除保存的配置，系统会提示是否删除，选择Y
3.用户视图下输入
reboot
Info: The system is now comparing the configuration, please wait.
Warning: All the configuration will be saved to the configuration file for the next startup:, Continue?[Y/N]:N
Info: If want to reboot with saving diagnostic information, input \'N\' and then execute \'reboot save diagnostic-information\'.
System will reboot! Continue?[Y/N]:Y
重启设备，此时系统会提示两次选择，第一次提示是否保存当前配置，选择N，第二次提示是否重启，选择Y。
重启完成后设备即恢复出厂设置。
