前几天写了个微信模板发送的功能，但后来测试的时候发现存在一些严重的错误，修复过后，客户又加了个上传Excel表格获取用户openid发送信息的功能，由于之前没接触过，还是挺迷茫的，好在经过加班加点之后，终于搞定了这个功能。以下只是简略版本，重点实现功能，各位看官将就看一下。
