在windows系统上安装python时出现"there is a problem with your Windows installer package. A program run as a part of the setup did not finish as expected"的错误时，只需要在安装时取消安装pip即可，成功安装python后再单独安装pip
单独安装方法：打开cmd进入路径，easy_install pip即可
