安装pywin32

　　1.https://github.com/mhammond/pywin32/

　　2.下载合适的版本python3.7 win64

　　

 

3 直接运行下载的exe程序

4.成功安装win32api

　　若出现python 3.7 not register,则是python3.7没有注册。
