Oracle 创建视图view 权限不足，无法创建 解决办法

创建视图权限，只授权第一个是无法创建 视图的，需要三个权限都授予
1、grant create  view to B; 

--授予查询权限 
2、grant select any table to B; 

--授予权限 
3、grant select any dictionary to B;
