在本地练习时想连接远程mysql服务器，结果报错：host [hostname] are not allowed to connect to the MYSQL SERVER 无权限问题
在网上查了一下解决方法：
登录远程服务器，进入mysql服务器执行：grant all PRIVILEGES on segment.* to root@\'183.233.196.74\' identified by \'root\';
其中：183.233.196.74 是你本地的IP 然后就可以了 大喊一声 NICE!
