将.Net 4.0项目部署到IIS7时，浏览报错如下：
Unrecognized attribute \'targetFramework\'. Note that attribute names are case-sensitive.
解决方法：
In IIS > Application Pools > Right click on Your APP > Basic Setting > Select FrameWork4.0
或者
Click IIS Server > Change .Net Framework Version（On the Rightest Panel And Above Help）
