Xilinx ISE 14.7 for win8/10

[问题描述]：

　　在win10下，打开64bit的ISE Design Suite，新建工程，出现闪退现象；但打开32bit的则不会出现该问题

[解决方法]：

Fixing Project Navigator, iMPACT and License Manager:

• 打开目录：C:\Xilinx\14.7\ISE_DS\ISE\lib\nt64
• 重命名libPortability.dll 为 libPortability.dll.orig
• 复制libPortabilityNOSH.dll，重命名为libPortability.dll

Fixing PlanAhead not opening from 64-bit Project Navigator:

• C:\Xilinx\14.7\ISE_DS\PlanAhead\bin and rename rdiArgs.bat to rdiArgs.bat.orig
• Download the attached zip file
• Extract it. You should now have a file named rdiArgs.bat
• Copy the new rdiArgs.bat file to C:\Xilinx\14.7\ISE_DS\PlanAhead\bin
