check C compiler broken: clang is not able to compile a simple test program

Ubuntu16.04进行交叉编译时，遇到check compiler broken: xxx is not able to compile a single test program.

解决办法

sudo apt install libstdc++-5-dev
sudo apt install libstdc++-5-dev-arm64-cross
