bower install的时候报错

安装错误提示：
C:\Scott>bower install bootstrap
bower not-cached    git://github.com/twbs/bootstrap.git#*
bower resolve       git://github.com/twbs/bootstrap.git#*
bower ECMDERR       Failed to execute "git ls-remote --tags --heads git://github
.com/twbs/bootstrap.git", exit code of #128

解决办法：
下载安装git和bower,然后就可以安装成功了
