windows: ctrl+shift+f 自动缩进
选择:windows-> preferences->java->Editor->Mark Occurences
选择最上的复选框，下面的就有很多了。
其中的Local variables就是变量的高亮显示。
另外，encode的设置
选择：windows->preferences->General->Workspace
中的Text file encoding，我默认的设置是GBK，要改成其他，选择下面的Other，然后在下拉框中选。
