解决：模版定义中模版语言错误，刷表解决

解决：将正式环境$HOME下prefs.ora，copy到测试环境 $HOME
(3)日志中显示不能提交输出管理器
解决：To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:
1. Shut down Concurrent manager.
Run $FND_TOP/patch/115/sql/afopp001.sql as SYSTEM.
Run $FND_TOP/patch/115/sql/afopp002.sql as APPLSYS
2. Restart Concurrent Managers.
3. Retest the issue.
4. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.
