Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 1080: Connection refused package 问题解决方法

错误:

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/******': Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 1080: Connection refused package github.com/google/protobuf/releases/download/v2.6.1/protobuf-2.6.1.tar.gz/...: exit status 128

 

解决方法:

　　　　1.打开C:\Users\*****文件下 .gitconfig  文件

 

　　　　2.删除下图中的东西
