window7_64+python3.6安装Twisted

安装：pip instatll Twisted-17.9.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl

错误：Twisted-17.9.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platfor m.

解决方法：修改包名

更改为：Twisted-17.9.0-cp36-none-win32.whl
