折腾了整整一个晚上,当我创建新项目的时候，一直得到标题所示错误。
开始一直以为是vs 2008的问题，因为我装了vs 2008的中文，英文版，还装vs c# 和web developer 的express版本。
在装了中文版本之后，一直提示的是“无法识别工具版本3.5”，到google上搜索，也搜索不出来什么东西，
很郁闷。
迫于无奈之下，删除了所有的vs 2008版本
然后只安装了vs 2008的英文版本，本以为这样就可以解决问题了，但是还是得到了同样的错误。
不过这次的错误是英文的，所以就到Google搜索，哈哈，得到了解决办法，很爽。

Open up your Window registry :-
And make the following changes....
