  org.apache.maven.shared:maven-shared-components
  到本地仓库把这个组件的文件夹删掉

  是的，重新下载一下。这个是没有下载jar包的问题，听一楼的，然后将项目clean,再编译一下。

  进入本地仓库，删除对应文件夹再重新maven update
