在win2003上怎么装Oracle?

I have installed Oracle 8.0.5 on Win 2003 Server Standard and Win XP SP1.
The instalation finished Ok, but when de system start, one errors is generated by OracleStart Service.
( STRTDB80.EXE ).

This is not occurs on Win 2000 Server and Win 2000 prof.
