Eclipse Error: Unable to acquire application service. Ensure that the org.eclipse.core.runtime bundle is resolved and started

When you copy some xp eclipse to win 7, usually you will face some error like that:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to acquire application service. Ensure that the org.eclipse.core.runtime bundle is resolved and started (see config.ini).

To move this erro out, follow this steps:

1, Delete all configuration files

2, Add new config.ini file

add content as below to config.ini

osgi.splashPath = platform:/base/plugins/org.eclipse.platform
osgi.bundles=org.eclipse.equinox.common@2:start, org.eclipse.update.configurator@3:start, org.eclipse.core.runtime@start
eclipse.product=org.eclipse.sdk.ide
osgi.instance.area.default=@user.home/workspace
eof=eof
