Nginx报错：nginx: [error] OpenEvent("Global\ngx_reload_14944") failed (2: The system cannot find the file specified)

nginx.exe -s reload 执行报错

错误原因：

Nginx 尚未启动导致，执行 start nginx 命令开启Nginx

nginx.exe -s reload

至此问题解决
