The deployment project in VS.Net 2003 is lame. I can't find a way to
insert a custom action that associated with a property that comes from
the RegLocator table. So I have to turn to Orca. Unfortunately, it
seems you have to install 2xx MB core SDK before having a chance to see
the orca.msi. But there is always somebody very nice:
