1. 拷贝zh-CN.json到flowable modeler项目的src/main/resources/static/i18n目录
2. 替换stencilset_bpmn.json文件，文件位置：maven仓库的org\flowable\flowable-ui-modeler-logic\6.4.0\flowable-ui-modeler-logic-6.4.0.jar中，使用解压工具打开然后替换文件即可。
