OCSCM beta 1.0工具测试！

看到ghjconan版主介绍的工具测试了一下，在这里要感谢ghjconan版主介绍了这么好的工具！
OCSCM工具是一个管理用户组的一个非常方便的工具！

1:安装需求：   
Office  Communication  Server  2007(OCS)  or  Live  Communication  Server  2005(LCS)
installed and configured.   
Domain Controller and Active Directory.   
Microsoft Management Console 3.0 (MMC 3.0) installed.
