Image Resizer is a Windows shell extension for bulk image-resizing. After installing PowerToys, right-click on one or more selected image files in File Explorer, and then select Resize pictures from the menu.
需要注意的是，make pictures smaller but not larger不能勾选，否则设置的长宽px不会生效

第二步，可选的(裁剪图片)，这里的type的ratio是指图片的宽高比例(和图片最后的size大小无关)
3. Rotate your image( optional )
是否需要旋转图图片，clockwise是顺时针旋转
第四步，resize image，如果是指定大小的话，不可以勾选keep aspect ratio
