'htmlentities(): charset `utf8' not supported, assuming utf-8'

TP5.1框架报错！

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'think\exception\ErrorException' with message 'htmlentities(): charset `utf8' not supported, assuming utf-8' in D:\wamp3\www\5555\tp5\thinkphp\tpl\think_exception.tpl on line 297

原因找了半天，不知道怎么回事，

'htmlentities(): charset `utf8' not supported, assuming utf-8'

虽然PHP版本要求是>=5.6但是换成php7.0后。错误显示就不一样了。
