Spring Boot奇怪的问题：The Bean Validation API is on the classpath but no implementation could be found

注意：此方法不能解决在项目上用了Hibernate Validator的问题。

错误如下：

APPLICATION FAILED TO START

Description:

The Bean Validation API is on the classpath but no implementation could be found

Action:

Add an implementation, such as Hibernate Validator, to the classpath

场景：

新搭建的Spring Boot项目，就最简单的Hello World实例，没有用什么Hibernate Validator，而且在其它系统都能正常，但就其中一台LInux无法运行。

解决方法：

直接删除整个.m2文件夹，重新下载所有的包即可。怀疑是其中的某些包下载回来有问题，可能是权限问题等。
