1.可能导致基于IE内核的EXE格式电子书无法阅读。
解决方法：将下列注册表文件加入注册表：

C:\WINDOWS\wc98pp.dll
这个ic32pp协议是"Web Compiler 2000"注册的，国内众多网站上的电子书都是这种格式。相关英文网页几乎没有。属于微软的mk 是支持 chm 格式的。

2.可能导致outlook express信箱里的网页链接无法打开浏览器。
解决方法：相对简单。
Click Start, Run. In the run box, type "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" without the quotes
and press Enter. Then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools, Internet Options,
"Programs" tab, and click on "Reset Web Settings...", click "Apply", "OK"
Now try it again.
