获取的路径：connections==>Gateways==>Customer Services==>TOOLS & APPLICATIONS(点击More)==>Patch Server
获取安装包：TTU 16.20.10.00 Windows - Base
安装包说明：This includes SQL Assistant, load & unload utilities, database management, administration and drivers, and much more to be used to connect to your Teradata Express database instance
2.安装SQL Assistant
依赖：.net framework 4.5.2版本（安装软件，只能安装在c盘2.8G，需重启）
win7 查看.net framework版本：控制面板==>程序和功能==>打开或关闭Windows功能，查找.net后面的数字。如果是offline安装的，需要在程序和功能中查看。
3.安装Administrator
