如上代码，虽然我已经设置了ScrollView的android:layout_width和android:layout_height属性的值为match_parent，可是依旧无法填充满屏幕。
解决方法：
设置ScrollView的android:fillViewport为true，即 android:fillViewport="true"就可以。
