Babel in VSIP 2005

Just installed VSIP 2005. After a quick review of the source code of the Babel package, I found that it has not been changed much.

All the text help function in text.h and text.cpp has been removed.
Add vsmem.h to some file. This will make debugging memory issues easier.
The 'Search combo' issue has not been corrected.
