tycho 打包编译报错 Access restriction: The type XYZ is not API

解决办法：

在pom.xml中加入以下配置

    <groupId>org.eclipse.tycho</groupId>
    <artifactId>tycho-compiler-plugin</artifactId>
    <version>${tycho.version}</version>
    <configuration>
    <compilerArgument>warn:+discouraged,forbidden</compilerArgument>
    </configuration>
