解决方法

1、内核4.0以前的共享方法：

mount -t vmhgfs .host:/ /mnt/hgfs

2、内核4.0之后的共享方法

vmhgfs-fuse .host:/ /mnt/hgfs -o subtype=vmhgfs-fuse,allow_other
