the Geodatabase editor license has expired
Go to the following location:
找到arcgis的安装目录，修改以下设置即可。
"C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Utilities"
Open "AdvancedArcMapSettings.exe"
Go to Miscellaneous tab and turn off the "License Timeout Warning"
That should prevent the warning from being displayed.
