错误明细：

Unexpected problem reading shared objects from XML file : null Error reading information from input stream Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence.

根据以上链接，自己操作，我看显示的也不一样，我的直接删除shared.xml文件就不报错了
