使用网络调试助手时出现 connect() failed 错误

使用3G上网卡时使用网络调试助手 连接远程服务器的TCP 端口出现 connect() failed 错误，但是使用 命令行下的 telnent 命令可以连接上端口。

 

解决方法：禁用本地连接，只保留3G上网卡的宽带连接。
