Close Java Auto Update in Windows 7 and Later

0. Environment

Windows 7
JDK 1.6.0_45

1. Steps

1) Enter "JRE/bin"

2) Run javacpl.exe as administrator

3) "Update" -> Remove "Check for Updates Automatically" -> "Never Check" -> "OK"
