修改eclipse启动图片

方法1：在\plugins\org.eclipse.platform_xxxxxxxxx 目录下用想要的图片更换原有的splash.bmp即可
方法2：修改启动参数：eclipse.exe -vmargs -Dosgi.splashLocation=图片路径（如 C:\picture_path\splash.bmp）
              或在eclipse.ini中加入：-Dosgi.splashLocation=图片路径
