Linux:
1、install.sh
1)./configure 执行问题：
错误：no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH
解决：sudo apt-get install gcc
错误：C compiler cannot create executables
解决：sudo apt-get install libc6-dev
2)make -j
错误：Command 'make' not found
解决：sudo apt-get install make
错误：Memory exhausted
原因：1G内存，服务器乱杀进程，安装会极其缓慢且内存溢出
解决：开启swap, 方法: github.com/vnpy/vnpy/wiki/阿里云服务器安装vn.py（Ubuntu-16.04-LTS）
3）python -m pip install -r requirements.txt
错误：pg_config executable not found（psycopg2安装时出现的问题）
解决：sudo apt-get install libpq-dev
5）python -m pip install .
错误：gcc: error trying to exec 'cc1plus': execvp: No such file or directory
解决：sudo apt-get install g++
